My nausea was better today. I was able to eat pizza. Then, I wanted snacks so I went to the PX and bought dark chocolate, mixed candy bars, peanut m&ms, pop tarts, potato chips and rice cakes. I bought small amounts so I can indulge without going too overboard. I don't eat any of that stuff normally, apart from the dark chocolate which is, of course, medicinal.
I think this snacking phase happened after the nausea phase last time. The nausea phase lasted a lot longer with Ian so I am not counting on this being over for sure, but I will keep pressing the anti-nausea pressure points just in case!

I was very lucky to not experience nausea with my pregnancy. I was slightly queasy first thing in the morning and I just kept crackers on the nightstand and if I sat up in bed and ate a cracker, I was fine.
Hope you feel better soon!
Hope you feel better soon! Listen to those little voices. When I ate what they told me, I was ok - usually healthy, but some chocolate. :-) Sometimes though, I'd think I should try to squeeze in a bit more protein or something (in violation of those little commands) and that would not be a good thing.
When I am in nausea phase, the crackers and other remedies people suggest just give me something to throw up, I am so glad it worked for you, though, Elita. This feeling is supper gross and annoying. Good news is that I woke up this morning feeling o.k. Dare I hope, it is over?
Connie, the little voices are telling me bad things. But they didn't last the whole time with Ian so I am sure this is just a phase which I will give into today!
I did get peanut m&ms instead of regular, you know, for protein...
