Hey! I know the Fly Lady! I've googled her site several times for crock pot help! I have had a crock pot for years - on a shelf, gathering dust. No time to use the thing! I dusted it off and have started using it since becoming a SAHM, but I am still learning. Fly Lady pops up alot when I search for tips. I didn't know she has a mailing list too. I might sign up and see what else she teaches - outside the kitchen! Thanks :-)
She has a cleaning system that involves building routines gradually to get things done and keep the house up.
I got a crock pot as a wedding gift and tried it out a few times before it went into storage. It is great! I recently found this blog called Crockpot 365:
