Black Bean Hummus
I made black bean hummus yesterday to give Eva something else to try. I actually soaked the dried beans as well. I have a collection of dried beans that I never seem to get around to using. I am going to try to use them all up. I took black beans, tahini, roasted garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper. It turned out great and Eva will eat it. Ian likes it as well, but he has always liked hummus.
