You always have such nice photos. The colours are vibrant. I must see how you keep your settings on your camera.

Yes, they're nice photos. Her hair is getting quite long. Adorable.

Gerry, I don't know about your camera, but in my menu, I have a colour settingn called "vibrant" that I often keep mine on. Take a look for that....

I have a really nice camera that I keep on auto but no-flash most of the time. Also, most of the pics that you see with really vibrant color are edited in photoshop. I don't have photoshop.

Sarah,

In Photoshop Elements can you do layers so you can change the background or remove something?

Thks Sarah, I look for that setting. I find that my camera needs good lighting to capture photos with depth and good colour.other times I use photoshop or picasa to adjust.

Kare, sometimes I use auto but I also use the post functions and sometimes I adjust the setting for the environment and brightness.occasionally yields better results.need lessons.!

Yes, you can do the full layers thing in Elements. I'm really enjoying it. It's like a simplified Photoshop, but there's still a lot to it.

By the way, don't hate the flash. Just get an external flash to mount on your camera. Nice full light that you can diffuse and bounce. I'm loving my flash!

I have an external flash, but it is big and I don't always have it with e or really know how to use it properly.
